Next A-09 Level 2 Smart Charger

Next A-09 Level 2 Smart Charger

The Next A-09 is built to charge every EV on the road today, with an SAE J1772/NACS charging interface and an 18-foot cable that reaches any parking configuration.

Operating on 208–240V AC input, it offers four selectable output levels: 32A, 40A ,48A, or 80A, delivering from 7.6 kW up to a best-in-class 19.2 kW of power.

Drivers authenticate easily via RFID or mobile app and stay informed through the integrated 5" LCD screen and LED status indicator.

On the network side, the A-09 is a true smart charger: LAN comes standard, with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G connectivity built in, OCPP 1.6J support (upgradable to OCPP 2.0.1), and ISO/IEC 15118 communication for Plug & Charge–ready deployments.

A NEMA Type 3R (IP65) enclosure with IK10 impact resistance and an operating range of -22°F to 122°F make it fully at home outdoors, while a comprehensive protection suite, including over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, surge, grounding, and short-circuit protection with CCID self-test, safeguards both vehicle and driver. The A-09 is ETL listed and FCC certified, and built to UL 2594 and UL 2231-1/-2 safety standards.

Next DCFC - DC Fast Charging, 60 kW to 350 kW

Next DCFC - DC Fast Charging, 60 kW to 350 kW

The Next DCFC is engineered for the demands of public fast charging. Dual CCS1 connectors let two vehicles charge simultaneously, and a wide 150–1000V DC output window with up to 200A per connector ensures strong compatibility with virtually every EV on the market, from compact sedans to 800V-architecture vehicles.

High-efficiency power modules convert at greater than 95.2% efficiency at full load, with standby consumption under 30W, keeping operating costs low. Reliability is built into every layer: a galvanized steel enclosure with powder-coated, UV- and corrosion-resistant finish delivers dual-layer protection against the elements, an interlocking water-deflection design and hydrophilic filtration guard sensitive electronics against rain and dust, and a built-in watchdog function automatically restores controller operation in the event of a system fault to minimize downtime.

The system meets EMC Level 4 standards and operates from -22°F to 131°F with noise emissions under 75 dB, quiet enough for any location.

The DCFC is just as smart as it is powerful. A proprietary electronic control system developed in-house enables remote monitoring of charging sessions, real-time system messages, and rapid remote diagnostics, while over-the-air (OTA) updates deliver software upgrades without a site visit.

A large touchscreen interface, optional POS payment system, and green LED status lighting make the driver experience effortless. Accessibility is a first-class design consideration: control panel and connector placement are positioned to accommodate users with disabilities, and an assistive cable balancing system keeps the 16.5-foot charging cables light in hand and off the ground. The unit is ETL listed, FCC certified, and ENERGY STAR rated.
